CAD Cut manufactures Multi Layer Insulation Blankets to customer specification.

MLI Blankets are used in cryogenics, aerospace, industrial equipment, and other radiant thermal barrier applications. We build blankets for cryogenic companies, government facilities, medical equipment manufacturers, and others with insulation requirements.

Reflective materials used to build super insulation blankets include metallized mylar in a variety of thicknesses, and other metallized films such as Kapton. Spacer materials include spun bond and knit polyester.

Our automated cutting equipment allows us to efficiently manufacture blankets up to 96” wide and 520” long. Our manufacturing facility includes a class 100,000 clean room.

Utilizing our CAD services, we can assist in developing blanket shapes by producing flat patterns from your measurements, drawings, templates, or 3-D CAD models.

We service customers with requirements ranging from prototype and short run applications to full scale production. We are pleased to provide rapid turnaround when your schedule requires.
