We supply composite manufacturers cut parts, kitted and packaged to their requirements. 

We provide ply kits for a broad variety of applications.  Our processes range from simple, loose tolerance jobs to tight specification, close tolerance work.  We are a certified supplier to numerous major aerospace and defense companies.

Laser and knife cutting systems are employed to convert a wide range of composite materials.  Temperature, humidity, and particulate controlled cutting rooms are available.  Our facilities include 4 walk-in freezers with full monitoring.

We convert customer owned material and purchase material on our customers’ behalf.  In the case of CAD Cut supplied material, our customers enjoy the simplicity of purchasing a complete ply kit, eliminating the raw material purchase function.
